DHInteract Software  Development
 
In 2004 with over 20 years of IT experience, medical training, clinical skills, and vision Dr. R Shapiro with a group of investors, medical students and professional colleagues from Russia and the United States organized Innarra Corporation with the strategy to develop a comprehensive Drug Herb interaction database and software that can be used by healthcare practitioners, pharmacists, and research organizations, and clinical trials. The DHInteract project started with reengineering and modernizing legacy applications and hardware platform at Healing Arts Inc., and quickly expanded into the strategic initiative and alliance with global HealthCare organizations. The DHInteract suite became the core product of our organization and led us into the challenging business of supporting global clinical trials. The DHInteruct suite is currently in its seventh release running on MS Windows, Java, and Mac platform. Our current initiative based on the requirements from out clients is to reengineer DHInteract architecture to the SaaS Web- enabled model with the large network integration and cost-effective application management from the centralized location. DHInteract presently contains over 200 terabytes of data, with sophisticated analysis, and 3D simulations. Our goal is to utilize advanced technology in providing our clients the best product for the quality patient care. 

Clinical Trials: Research & Development Project 
In the development stages of the DHInteract suite we had collected a lot of clinical trial data for our research and development of accurate simulation models. Our expertise in analysis, management, modeling, mining of data and Database
design facilitated in organizing a business alliance with the  leading Russian and Chinese organizations that conduct clinical trials. Synergy Research Group (SynRG™) is a Russian research organization, which has been successfully operating in Russia since 2002. It offers a broad range of services for conducting clinical trials for Russian and foreign pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies – from registration of the studies in regulatory authorities to pharmaco-economic surveys. The company has its own clinical depot and headquarters in Moscow and is represented in Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Perm and Almaty (Kazakhstan) conducting Phase 0 through Phase IV trials. SynRG plans to enroll almost ten thousand patients in the Phase II-IV trials and conduct on average 100 studies per year sponsored by companies from 28 countries. The German Boehringer Ingelheim sponsoring seven new studies is on the top of the heap in the first quarter of 2009. The Swiss Novartis with seven new trials in Q1 2009, but fewer number of patients, took the runner-up place, it is followed by American Pfizer with six new studies, and Merck & Co. with four new. The top five is concluded by German Hexal Biotech with three new studies in 2009. The Russian pharmaceutical companies such as Pharmaclon, Valenta Pharmaceutica, FGU Russian Cardiologic Center, and ZAO Biocard frequently contract SynRG to conduct clinical studies.
